We are terribly sorry

Took the quiz a good three times. Each with different answers after getting denied to clinical health the first time. All I got was "we are terribly sorry" and some numbers to call. I worry for those who are really in a bad mental state looking for help from this app only to receive none. Im fairly recovered but I still wanted some advice on certain things. Perhaps it would work for someone else but not me. Good luck.
