Really Turned My Life Around

I had a great experience with BetterHelp in the 1+ year I used it. My therapist was always so helpful; I would email her when I had a bad day or setback and she knew just what to say to make me think of the problem in a new way and pull me out of a spiral of negative thinking. I would use this service again in a heartbeat - so useful if you are willing to do the work and take the advice. :)
