Scamalert!

They sent me an alert saying they were extending their trial. Before the trial was over I tried to cancel but I was unable to because I was logged out. I tried the password I created, that didnt work! I never got a email from them to reset password. I was unable to log back in after I reset it( Maybe after the week). I was able to log in and canceled. When I did they charged me for a whole month worth of counseling! I am unable to get a hold of them! ($180 down the drain) I hate it! I cant deal with this anymore!
