Its only as good as the therapist

The app is well laid out. Very nice interface & user friendly. I was matched up with an awesome therapist who listened, was very responsive, and taught me some great skills. Then she left BetterHelp with only a few days notice. The following 2 therapists Ive tried have given advice that I might find in an advice column & not as responsive as my initial therapist. Not sure if Ill ever find a therapist as good as the first one, & dont want to pay for "therapy" that does no good and leaves me feeling frustrated.
