I believe this app is a wonderful use, but I guess it isnt for me. Im "unfortunately not able to use this app" based on my answers to their quiz. I apparently need more face-to-face counseling instead of online. The thing to counseling is that I feel they could help you most when youre presently having issues and youre upset or depressed. Counseling is scheduled, and because of that, you cant talk to them when youre currently upset. When youre upset, you can figure out the solution to the problem easier.
