Best therapy ever

Ive had multiple traditional therapists in my life, but BetterHelp by far has the best service and flexibility. Im more open through online therapy, can sit in my sweats at home and pour my heart out, while answering messages on my own time. I travel for work and its extremely hard and frustrating to make regular, in-person appointments. With BetterHelp I never have to reschedule and I can write as often as I like. I would suggest this to anyone who needs flexible help or is less intimidated by online messaging.
