It is a pretty good app

I am pretty impressed with the Better Help app. However, it is not totally accessible for Visually Impaired users. There are some things that could be improved, such as the layout. Another problem is finding the write message field at all times with VoiceOver. Especially when you have a Bluetooth keyboard. Other than that, this app works all right.
