I recommend better help for anyone dealing with life. For tougher issues, its a good compliment to in person therapy.

I never wanted to admit to needing counseling. The ability to just message my counselor at anytime is helpful being that Im a busy mom to 3. Price is great & I love the insight Im getting to help resolve my personal issues.

Its convenient and user friendly. My counselor has helped so much and Im glad that she is more accessible now with the app. I feel like I can express myself better with emojis and sending her pics. The app was a must. Thanks Better Help!

I do like the counselor that I was paired with. Also taking part of the group sessions is an added bonus that I really like. The only thing that caught me by surprise is the charge for the full month. It would be great if they send a notification asking would we like to continue and what type of plan we want rather than just charging our CC they held for the free trial week. Thats the only thing I would look out for. Other than that. Cool app. Very helpful so far.
