I tried out the "free" trial and canceled before the 7 days and was charge $180 !!! They refunded it and then the next month charged me again. Do not do this !!

This app has been so helpful last couple of weeks that I have started. Its nice to be able to talk to your counselor right at your fingertips versus having to wait to talk to someone on a appointment. Since I have such high anxiety my counselor has been so helpful. Highly recommended.

I was very interested in using the app, because I suffer from extreme anxiety, until I finished signing up and realized it $45 a week! I guess I will looking for help some place else.

I suffer from loaaaddss of anxiety and the counselor that is helping me truly helped me and I have seen a great change in myself. I have never felt more alive and well.

I came to this app for a reason. I finally had the courage to seek out and get some help online but when i send them my information with all the questions i answer they told me they couldnt help me. Well thanks for the help.

Very helpful to have access to someone who doesnt know me, my family and friends and offers good advice about how to handle stressful situation. In just a few weeks I have made personal inprovements!

Therapist gives generic advice. The advice was so bland there was nothing left to respond to & the therapy ended after 2 discussions. Cut out the middle man and just Google your problems & read the top offered advice. This was stupid. *Plus, the therapist never wrote properly. Nothing was capitalized, poor grammar, I question if these people really have profession degrees.

5 stars for this wonderful service - being able to message to my counselor whenever I want is truly a lifesaver with my busy schedule. Knowing that Ill soon get a message in return from someone who is LICENSED in counseling is so reassuring :)

I downloaded this app for the free one week trial. Of course they asked for my credit card info, even though the first week was free. On the last day of the week, I diligently froze my account so I wouldnt get charged--and they charged me for a months worth anyway! When you call them to get your money back, the number routes you to a generic call center full of very nice ladies reading PDF instructions for refund requests. They have no phone number for you to call to speak with someone at BetterHelp, which is super sketchy. This app seemed nice at first but its clearly a total scam. Avoid at all costs!

This app was a great idea. I can send unlimited messages at anytime and I know my therapist will read it and respond soon. I have support from a license therapist with in my phone.

I love that I dont have to wait until I have time to sit down to write a message to my counselor but can keep in touch with them anywhere. Previous version was buggy but this one solves the problems I was having, so this is now my favorite way to talk to my counselor.

The counselor assigned to me was very supportive and responsive. She really helped me with my anxiety and I have improved so much because of her. The app is such a great solution because I have no time to go to in person counseling sessions with a full time job and 2 kids. The messaging was convenient and easy to use.

I did the 7 day trial and found the service great. Its also hella easy to cancel if you dont want to continue.

Its amazing to have this device available to fit my schedule. I was paired with a great counselor within a day and really enjoy the back and forth working with them via messaging. Thanks! Great app!

Wonderful design, easy to use, and (most importantly) instant access to my AMAZING counselor. I can write her my thoughts and read her messages whenever and wherever I happen to be. Life is seriously sooo much more manageable with this awesome app at my fingertips. Its seriously the future of online therapy. Thanks BetterHelp!

They sent me an alert saying they were extending their trial. Before the trial was over I tried to cancel but I was unable to because I was logged out. I tried the password I created, that didnt work! I never got a email from them to reset password. I was unable to log back in after I reset it( Maybe after the week). I was able to log in and canceled. When I did they charged me for a whole month worth of counseling! I am unable to get a hold of them! ($180 down the drain) I hate it! I cant deal with this anymore!
